Yes you will be given a preview slide show about 7-10 business days after your session. You will have the option to purchase the CD as well. We do offer Free CD's with certain orders.
Do I get to pick the location of my session?
That depends, but generally yes the customer chooses where they want the photographs taken unless they are done in our Studio.
Do you offer seasonal themes?
Yes we offer seasonal themes, such as Halloween, Christmas, Thanksgiving etc. However, we request that our customers contact us first so that we can go over details.
How long is a normal session?
That depends on how many people are in the session, the ages of the children (babies require breaks more often than older children and adults, feeding, diaper changes etc), how many poses you want and several other factors. But generally our sessions run about an hour to an hour and a half, longer if customer wants more details.
Do you offer on location sessions?
Yes we do. Sometimes we are able to capture more on location than in a studio. Some people feel more comfortable out in nature or at home, than they do in a studio, therefore they are more relaxed.
What is your policy on time?
If you mean being on time for a session, we advise all of our clients to be sure they can attend at the designated time. If for some reason you will be late, please call us and let us know so that we can either reschedule or rearrange the time for you. If you are the last client of the day then we try to allow some extra time. However, if you are scheduled before another client, we will not push the next client back simply because you are running late. Generally we allow 15-20 mins after your scheduled time before we will reschedule you for another day and time. Please be mindful that other clients are taking time out of thier schedules to make it to thier session in a timely manner.
Do you take portraits of pets?
Yes we do, however at this time we ask that you contact us directly to schedule a time. We also ask that you make us aware of any issues your pet may have in order to minimize the stress on the animal(s). If your pet is known to bite, please make us aware of this so that we can speak with our photographer(s) to see if they feel comfortable photographing a pet that may bite.
Can I bring my own props?
Yes by all means bring your pet or childs favorite toy or stuffed animal and we will incorporate it into the session. We recommend that you wash them beforehand as dirt on them WILL show up in the photographs. We don't want the memory marred by any imperfections do we?
Can I use a costume?
Yes you may but please be sure your child or dog is comfortable wearing it before you bring one, only to find out that he or she hates it. Some children and dogs dislike wearing costumes and will not cooperate with the photographer if they are uncomfortable.
